Supporting the Global HR Business Partners in operational HR Topics
Organization of international HR development programs
Active collaboration with the responsible HR Managers
Collaboration on projects in the areas of organizational development, HR digitalization, onboarding, diversity management and employer branding
Carrying out all administrative activities in personnel and office management (presentations, appointment coordination, travel planning)
Support with the international potential analysis
QUALIFICATIONS
Ongoing or recently completed studies (preferably in business, HR, marketing) or comparable training in the HR field
Initial professional experience in HR and internships are an advantage
Enthusiasm for working in a team and for the topic of personnel development
Winning, friendly personality
High level of communication skills
Organizational talent & structured way of working
Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent knowledge of English, German at least on an A2 level
