**Job Description**:
As Team Lead for Billing and Accounts Receivable at DO&CO, you will be part of the wider accounting/finance team at our HQ. You will be responsible for liaising with various stakeholders and customers within the DO&CO Group to ensure the correct preparation and submission of specific invoices. You will also be responsible for the correct invoicing of our customers for goods and services provided by us across our 3 different business units. You will support the accounting department at our head office in communicating with banks, managing and maintaining master data.

What you can expect
- Technical and disciplinary management of the team
- Responsibility for invoicing and accounts receivable in the areas of International Event Catering, Restaurants, Lounges and Hotel
- Collaboration in the ongoing invoicing and accounts receivable accounting process
- Preparation of outgoing invoices to national and international customers
- Posting of bank and cash vouchers and outgoing invoices
- Collaboration on monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ongoing process improvements in the area of automation and digitalisation

- Successfully completed higher commercial education (HAK, FH, Uni)
- Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position would be an advantage
- Strong sense of responsibility and assertive, charismatic personality
- Professional communication skills in German and English
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Enjoy team and project work
- High hands-on mentality and strong numerical skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and ideally experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
