Intranet (Sharepoint) Content & Structure

We are looking for a **hands-on Administrator for our Intranet **who is the first go-to person for any** SharePoint-related question** within the Dynatrace R&D organization. In your future role, you support colleagues in all topics related to SharePoint which is Dynatrace’s main internal collaboration tool. We are looking for someone with good communication and coordination skills to help us expand our SharePoint footprint and usage in an agile environment.

As part of the **R&D Internal Communication team**, you will significantly shape the technical and methodical way of working and collaborating at Dynatrace. On a functional level, you will cooperate closely with the local and global Employee Digital Enablement (IT) team as well as the global Enterprise Collaboration Tool Team. Together as a team, we have one mission: Creating the best Employee Experience for all Dynatracers.
**In your role you will**:

- Be an integral part of the Internal Comms team and will fully support one of its main goals to re-design the existing Intranet with the aim of scaling it in an agile manner.
- Be a sparring partner for the entire Dynatrace R&D organization in all SharePoint related questions, helping to implement guidelines and process for teams to work within SharePoint.
- Be the coordinator of technical and organizational tasks between internal stakeholder and technical experts.
- Onboard new, and support existing users on how to use SharePoint most efficiently.
- Monitor the success of further development and usage of SharePoint.
- Keep an eye on content alignment, incl. administration of content published on the platform.
- Evaluation of new apps and features and driving implementation processes together with the inhouse EDE (IT) team.

**Qualifications**:

- Practical experience in the use/ administration/ consulting/ support/ permission system of SharePoint Online.
- Prior experience in setting up and maintaining company Intranet on SharePoint is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to handle different topics in parallel.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and enjoy working with people.
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken.
- Independent worker, in order to use the many freedoms in a thoughtful and meaningful way. (Autonomy Principle)
- Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners, with different cultures and spread over different locations and countries.
- Certifications (from Microsoft) are a plus.
- Attention to detail.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 49,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
