**Group Business Continuity Manager/in (f/m/d)**:
The Group Resilience Management department is responsible for Business Continuity and Physical Security in the RBI Group. Paramount goal is the enablement of secure and continuous operation of business-critical processes and the prevention of business disruptions or harm to assets of RBI group caused by incidents, natural disasters, lack of people or outage of infrastructure.
- Additionally, Group Resilience Management is responsible for the crisis management process in head office and throughout the RBI network.

- #homeoffice / working from home possible**Your main objectives**
- Further development of the group-wide strategy for BCM
- Define and implement a BCM framework suitable for RBI Group to assure the necessary business continuity capabilities within Head Office and throughout the group
- Assess the maturity level of BCM in Head Office and in the group
- Define suitable KPIs to measure the effectiveness of BCM and monitor them
- Definition of minimum standards and creation/maintenance of guidelines in the RBI Group
- Define and implement a crisis management policy suitable for RBI Group and rollout the crisis management process to the group
- This function focuses on strong relationship within the RBI security team as well as business units and relevant critical stakeholders
- Travel activities in the countries served by the RBI Group
**Your skills**
- Completed higher education in the field of security and/or risk management
- Relevant experience in the financial services industry preferred
- Excellent command of German and English
- High ability to work in a team and work independently
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills as well as a high degree of goal and solution orientation
- Proactivity, engagement, and eagerness to learn
