**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage a full life-cycle ERP or large-scale software implementation from a technical, functional and/or organizational change management standpoint
- Play a key role in determining the architectural view of the system, being responsible for the software architecture and design at a high level
- Analyze and define client business goals and develop balanced scorecards
- Combine Microsoft Dynamics products features, add-ons and preferred 3rd party modules in the solution architecture.
- Ensure a consistent solution combining the contributions from team members
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 according to the company?s standard methodology
- Provide on and off-site Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 system configuration, system testing, user training and support
- Prepare technical specifications for customizations of the products or integrations with other software
- Provide key decision support, monitoring issues and risks, and create mitigation plans for clients
- Provide project management expertise throughout entire project
- Manage post-implementation review to assess the benefits of new systems and processes
- Actively participate in pre-sales activities, build and maintain strong client relationships

**Your Qualifications**:

- University degree in Information Technology or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in the fields of finance, logistics or production
- 5+ years of experience in implementing of ERP solutions
- 3+ years of experience as solution architect in D365 F/O implementations
- Experience as a project manager
- In depth technical knowledge and skills related to Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 F/O
- Technical knowledge about Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Office and Share Point
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to take ownership, responsibility and initiative
- Ability to manage multiple projects and be able to adapt to changing priorities
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Fluent English and German
