Founded in Monestier de Clermont, Grenoble, France, in 1952, Moncler is now based in Italy. Over the course of the years the brand has teamed style with ongoing technological research which harnesses the knowledge of mountaineering experts. Moncler collections combine extreme needs with day-to-day city life. In 2003 Remo Ruffini took over the company of which he is now Chairman and CEO. Moncler directly produces and distributes its own clothing and accessories collections, through its direct boutiques and the world’s most exclusive department and multibrand stores.

We are looking for 32 hours part timer for our Moncler Outlet Store in Parndorf

**Sales Assistant**

**Main activities will be**:

- to provide the best service, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony: welcoming, understanding customer’s needs, providing support while trying the products on, packing and providing support during payment,
- to ensure the implementation of CRM initiatives and customers’ personal data collection,
- to look after all operative activities which are necessary to ensure the store efficiency,
- to support colleagues in charge of product replenishment and stock activities,
- to ensure store efficiency,
- to ensure that products are ready for sale, following visual guidelines

**Requirements**:

- Attitude to work in international Companies
- Experience in developing local client, customer retention, and dealing with customer complaints
- Results-driven and customer focused
- Ability to communicate with co-workers and customers alike
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store
- English and German language
