ERP Application Manager (M/F/d)

You can look forward to these tasks- Perform ERP updates, test new functionality, create update documentation- Establish and maintain nightly procedures- Create, harmonize and optimize reports- Create, optimize and maintain interfaces- Perform complex data analysis, data cleansing and data extraction- Configure system parameters, rights, paths and master data of the ERP systems- Create central documentation (step-by-step, manual, etc.) in English, maintain English GUI- Work on escalated tickets from 2nd level support and feed back / train after solution or escalate again to 4th level support (supplier)
These skills distinguish you- Advanced IT skills- Strong knowledge in SQL for reporting and excellent skills in MS Office- Understanding of interfaces and 3rd party programs connected to the ERP systems- Strong interpersonal and reporting skills- Skilled pragmatic, highly organized and able to act fast and efficient as well as the ability to work on own initiative- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Excellent knowledge of English, knowledge of German is a plus but not mandatory
