To ensure the successful completion of customer and innovation projects, we are hiring:
**Junior Project Manager (f/m/x)**
**As a Junior Project Manager, you will be able to learn and develop into a seasoned Project Manager, starting out by supporting and assisting with different types of projects, some focusing on meeting customer-specific development requirements, others on product innovation and optimization. You will be part of a small team of Project Managers and work closely with various departments, including Development, Product Management, Operations and Sales.

**Your Tasks**:

- Plan and track project timelines and resources
- Help implement internal and external requirements regarding quality, costs and deadlines
- Coordinate specifications with Development, Product Management, and Operations as well as customers and suppliers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and products

**Your Profile**:

- Completed education with a focus on electrical engineering, electromechanics, mechatronics or similar
- Organizational talent and strong interest in Project Management as well as a fondness for challenges
- Eagerness to learn, grow and contribute
- Intercultural competence and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
