We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our Corporate IT team (Headquarter Vienna, AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG) in the following position

Senior SAP HCM Inhouse Consultant (M/F/d)

**Tasks**:

- Collaboration throughout the whole development process in the SAP HCM (on-premise) environment
- Support of the modules Personal Administration, Time Management, Payroll, Travel Expenses in SAP HCM during operation in a generalist role, including further development and customizing
- Participation in the implementation of legal requirements
- Coordination and initial analysis of inquiries from non-HR departments
- Monitoring of the in-/outbound integrations and data transfer via ALE

**Requirements**:

- University degree or comparable degree in Computer Science or Information Management (e.g. HTL, UAS, University)
- 3-4 years of professional experience in at least two of the on-premise SAP HCM modules Personal Administration, Time Management, Payroll and/or Travel Expenses
- Knowledge of ABAP development and knowledge of integrations/data transfer to Workday, KABA, non-HR SAP systems etc. is beneficial but not a requirement
- English and German skills (at least one has to be fluent)
- Ideally professional and project experience in the area of HCM
- High degree of self-initiative and communication skills as well as social competence
- Ability and willingness to quickly and independently familiarize yourself with a wide range of topics
