The European Society of Radiology (ESR) is a non-political and non-profit organisation dedicated to strengthening and uniting European Radiology. With more than 130,000 members worldwide, it has become the largest radiological society that organises one of the most innovative scientific congresses in this field, the European Congress of Radiology (ECR), in Vienna.

The mission of the ESR is to serve the health needs of the general public by supporting scientific research as well as education and training while striving to improve the quality of radiological practice.

We are looking for a committed full-time team member (38.5 hours) to support the European and International Affairs department.

Tasks
- Administrative management of EC Tender projects in the field of medical quality and safety and related policies
- Data collection, survey setup, data analysis
- Monitor, analyse and comment on the development of legislation relevant to the radiology profession
- Develop position papers for the ESR on key topics and issues together with the ESR’s experts
- Network with European institutions and relevant stakeholders
- Prepare briefings and presentations on European and International Affairs topics for ESR’s leadership

**Requirements**:

- Excellent command of English language
- Practical experience in project management
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of the European institutions and related decision-making processes and ideally with the European health sector
- University degree in life sciences, European/international affairs, health economics or similar beneficial
- Highly motivated and strong analytical, organisational and communication skills

The monthly gross salary for this job vacancy is at least € 2,300 (14 times per year). The final salary depends on your relevant experience and qualification.
