**WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE**
As a Data Analyst with a focus on Digital Marketing and SEO, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our digital marketing efforts. Your key responsibilities will include:
- **Reporting & Analysis**:Generate insightful reports to monitor SEO, CRM, and social media performance, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide decision-making.
- **Data Interpretation**: Analyse channel performance data to identify patterns, trends, and areas of opportunity, providing actionable recommendations to enhance our digital marketing strategies.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research on the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, formulating hypotheses to test and improve our performance.
- **Project Assessment**:Support team leads by assessing the potential impact of new projects, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
- **Continuous Development**:Stay ahead of the curve by learning about new data analysis tools and techniques, and continually refining your skills to maximize your impact in the role
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We’re looking for a data-savvy individual with the following qualities:

- **Experienced**: You have experience or knowledge in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel. Familiarity with data programming (e.g., Python) is a plus.
- **Multilingual**: Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills in German, Dutch, French, Italian, or Spanish are advantageous.
- **Detail-Oriented**: You have a structured approach to your work, with a passion for creating high-quality reports that reveal valuable insights.
