**How You'll Make Your Mark**
- Your main tasks in this role are:
- You'll oversee and **develop international sustainability projects** in the field **of climate change**:

- **Supporting** the ALDI SOUTH Group on its **carbon reduction pathway towards net-zero** with approved science-based targets
- You'll take on responsibility as **the climate strategy coordinator** to develop and coordinate global carbon reduction programs and processes with **focus on operational carbon reduction in real estate and transportation**:

- You'll** be a focal point** and advise the national business entities **concerning the implementation and development of the international climate strategy**:

- You 'll **collaborate and communicate** with i**nternal and external stakeholders**:

- **Creating concept papers, analyses, reports, and presentations**

**Your Profile**
- The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed studies ideally related to Corporate Responsibility, Environmental Management, Carbon Accounting and Management or within Logistics and Real Estate
- Initial work experience in climate change, carbon accounting (GHG Protocol) and environmental management with focus on operational emissions of Scopes 1+2 and 3
- Experienced in the field of climate change, carbon accounting and basic technical expertise in facility management, logistics and procurement is advantageous
- Enjoys international cooperation and transforming mindsets to embed climate action into business.
- You are fluent in English
- You have excellent communication skills and teamwork

**Remuneration**
- Gross annual salary starting from € 52.700,-*
- willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
