**Company Description**:

In the last few years Doka has built up a digital sales channel (online-shop) for the B2B sector and has already rolled it out in many Doka markets (currently 32 countries). We are looking for a motivated _Global eCommerce Manager_ to push the further development of the digital sales channel in our Doka country organizations and to establish new ones in other countries.

Based on the global Sales, Operations & eCommerce Organization in the HQ, you will work with internal stakeholders in the areas Europe, Asia and North/South Amerika to implement the jointly se goals.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

- Strategic development, implementation and ensuring minimum standards for eCommerce, the customer platform "myDoka" and our future customer interface (API)
- Coordination with HQ / Areas / Countries on all eCommerce topics (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
- Provide / analyze of KPI´s for eCommerce (setting and tracking targets)
- Development and implementation of strategy workshops and trainings for the topic eCommerce in the Doka country organizations
- Identification of potentials regarding eCommerce
- Support or coaching for the local eCommerce Managers in den Doka country organizations
- Exchange of best practices within the Doka Group
- Participation at trade fairs

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for strong communicators with leadership skills who can inspire and convince others, live customer orientation and promote cross-functional and cross-country thinking and acting.

You also have the following qualifications:

- completed business education or completed university studies
- Experience in the construction industry and in the offline or online sales channel (B2B)
- Affinity with digitalization / social media
- Digital marketing know-how is an advantage (e.g. Google Advertising, campaigns)
- Social and intercultural skills
- German and/or English spoken and written, other languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel

**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.**

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 39.101,16 EUR according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
