As Territory Manager, you’re the face of Q8Truck in Austria. You connect with people, spot opportunities, and close deals that make a real difference.
Your biggest challenge
Sales is what drives you. You love meeting people, building trust, and turning opportunities into success stories.- Drive Q8Truck’s growth across Austria. You take the lead in building our position in the commercial road transport market — turning opportunities into results.- Grow business with purpose. You win new, profitable customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones, maximizing their value within the Q8Truck network.- Negotiate with confidence. You close smart deals, manage pricing and discount levels, and make sure every partnership delivers long-term success — for your customers and for Q8Truck.- Keep control. You monitor credit risks carefully and safeguard a strong, healthy customer portfolio.- Stay connected to the market. You spot trends, share insights, and report results that help shape Q8Truck’s next move.- Work as one team. You share knowledge, support your colleagues, and create a positive, connected sales environment.- Stay organized. You use CRM systems efficiently and keep your administration sharp and up to date — because structure fuels success.- Make things happen. You sell, you connect, and you grow — every day.
This is you- A degree in Sales, Business, or equivalent experience.- At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in the transport or mobility industry.- Strong communicator with great negotiation and presentation skills.- Sales is your passion — farming and hunting in equal measure.- You’re independent, proactive, and love taking initiative.- You travel often and handle challenges with a flexible, pragmatic mindset.- Fluent in German and English; any other language is a plus.- You’re tech-savvy and familiar with SAP, MS Office, Business Objects, and CRM tools.- You have drive, you aim high, and you love turning plans into results.
