At our Safestay Vienna Hotel, we try to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated Hotel Manager who can help us achieve our goals.

As Hotel Manager you will be responsible for our lovely hotel located in Vienna, Austria. It has own characteristics, but are all kept to the Safestay Hotels & Hostels Chain standard.

**Some of the responsibilities are**:

- Recruiting new staff and arranging proper training
- Overseeing personnel, including front-office, housekeeping and maintenance staff
- Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service
- Collecting payments and maintaining records of budgets, funds, and expenses
- Tracking hotel revenues, setting sales targets and optimizing profits
- Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity
- Coordinating with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners
- Trouble-shoot any issues arising in hotel operations
- Being attentive to guests’ needs and wishes, taking opportunities to optimize the guest experience
- Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules

**We expect from you**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality
- Strong understanding of hotel management
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail
- Excellent proficiency in English and German language
