We are now recruiting for a **Receptionist** for **The** **Alpine Club Resort **in Austria. The Alpine Club in Schladming/Rohrmoos was built in traditional Alpine style with its own leisure centre comprising of indoor pool, sauna, tennis court, playground, etc. and is a true family resort. Our guests and members enjoy winter skiing and summer outdoor mountain sports.

As a Receptionist you will work within an enthusiastic and vibrant team to provide a 24 hour Reception service to our Guests and contribute to an overall exceptional experience from booking through to check-in and check-out.

Reporting to the Head of Reception, the main job duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Check in and check out guests
- Respond efficiently and professionally to guest’s queries, complaints and requests
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the guests stay
- Working shift patterns in accordance with the rota including night shifts
- Adhere to audit procedures and handle cash payments and float in accordance with company standards.

**Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise your workload, deal with tasks efficiently and effectively and have excellent attention to detail
- Possess good computer skills
- Be enthusiastic, dedicated to providing an excellent service, customer focused and possess a polite telephone manner
- Fluent in German and English

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Schladming, ST: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hotel Reception: 1 year (preferred)
