**SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST**

**POSITION**

As a Business Analyst you will analyse, design and document new innovative business processes and solution together with business stakeholders. You will align the business needs with the technical product and development teams and ensure the design and development of a cost-efficient solution.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Act as a consultant for business units and translate their demands into structured functional and non-functional requirements
- Align and collaborate with product managers / software architects / development teams to design and develop a cost-effective solutions
- Support development and quality assurance teams throughout the software development lifecycle
- Model and document new business processes and improvements
- Communicate effectively across all hierarchies, from senior management to development teams
**YOUR QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- 3 years of experience as a requirements engineer or business analyst
- Distinctive analytical thinking, well-structured with great attention to details
- Team player, customer orientation, high level of commitment and motivation
- Integrity, high quality standard levels and good client-facing skills
- Relevant IT educational background - university degree or similar experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
