**Job Description Summary**: Please note that this role follow the work hybrid mode. The presence required at the office is of 1 day per week at least.

**Essential responsibilities**:

- Supporting and coordinating project tasks to enable our Pulsenmore partnership
- Support, coordinate and manage document and part releases for Ultrasound products
- Manage independently Project Tasks (Logistics, Process transfers, etc.)
- Set up of Commercial Sales Order process for country specific requirements
- Support supply chain with manufacturing documentation

**Required Characteristics**
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to document, plan and execute projects
- Self-starter with high level of flexibility and self-learning attitude.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Fluent in German
- Knowledge or experience with regulated products is a plus
- Working experience in an international environment is a plus
- Latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.
- Solid team-player with good prioritizing, communication and interpersonal skills.
