We are looking for a **SaaS **Product Support Specialist** (f/m/d) to immerse themselves in the exciting world of our integrated data platform. As a key member of our dynamic organisation, you will have the opportunity to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge product advancements.

This is a **full-time** position based in our headquarters in **Vienna** or within a commutable distance to the office.

**Some of the things you’ll work on**:

- Provide **advanced technical support**, collaborating with various internal stakeholders to swiftly address and resolve complex inquiries.
- Leverage your technical expertise to be instrumental in **sharing successful solutions** across our internal channels, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and growth.
- Use our existing error logging and alerting tools to anticipate and** proactively tackle potential issues **before they impact our users.
- **Continuously improve and refine processes**, methodologies and documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- Additionally, you will **contribute to our internal training sessions and webinars**, sharing your expertise and insights with colleagues to enhance their skill sets and drive collective success.

**We’re excited if you have**:

- 2+ years experience in **level 2 or level 3 tech support**, ideally in a software-based company.
- Exceptional **analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Highly pragmatic attitude**, unconventional thinking, “hands-on mentality”.
- **University degree in a technical field **related to software (e.g. Software Engineering, Business Informatics or a similar field).
- Ability to read and understand **Python**.

**Nice to have**:

- Experience with **Sentry and Elasticsearch**.
- Interest in learning and discovering **new technologies**.

If this position is filled in Vienna, we offer a yearly salary starting from €42.000.
