- You own the product backlog of your team and will take care of it, ensuring that it is prioritized, groomed and with the appropriate structure / information (why / what / DoR (Definition of Ready) / DoD (Definition of Done)).
- You ensure that the focus of each sprint is aiming at delivering the highest value from the backlog.
- You ensure that the outcome of the sprint is validated against the DoD.
- You align the team backlog with other teams by negotiating with other teams’ POs (Product Owner), LPE (Lead Product Engineer), etc.
- You support and accompany your development team throughout the entire software development process.
- In cooperation with your team and internal stakeholders (product management, architects) you define user stories, and you are responsible for fulfilling the definition of ready and meeting the definition of done.
- You make sure that only stories that are ready are scheduled in the sprint.
- You are the first contact person and moderator for the presentation of the progress in sprint reviews and product demos.
- You make sure that our product and feature requirements are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Great skills in dealing with uncertainty to transform unclear goals on value increments and EPICs into tangible, clear stories for the team to groom.
- Great negotiation skills with peers (LPEs, other POs, PMs (Product Managers), teams) to create an optimal backlog.
- Great planning superpowers to plan backlog delivery following usual scrum metrics (velocity, burndown, story points, etc.).
- Understand and follow scrum methodology.
- Great technical skills to support the items above.
- Good delegating skills to allow team members to grow and contribute.

**Compensation and rewards**

- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 55.000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
