AQKWA- sustainable, mindful snacking with the most clean and essential ingredients to leave a unique, everlasting and impactful fingerprint with every bite. **YOUR TASKS**: - Support Statutory accounting and reporting : preparing company tax and financial statements including management of Month Close Process within Finance system, Preparation, presentation, inputs and submissions and validating Financial Reports, reconciliation and query resolution - Support Management of general accounting transactions working with third party providers and local team - Support the implementation of ERP and control framework across the new created business - Support Cash Forecast - Compliance Support: ensuring compliance with local laws, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations - Support in Costs management: identifying efficiencies and opportunities for effective cost management across the business - Support in Financial strategy: developing financial strategy including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting - Supporting in Reporting and analysis: providing reporting and analysis to guide decision making - Ensure accuracy of the financial data of the project reported in the Project Reviews - To ensure the economic and financial management of the project, following company procedures and ensuring risks and opportunities are managed to optimise the project financial targets and support the Project Manager in the controlling/financial management of the projec - Manage all financial aspect of a project such as accounting, reporting, cost control, budget while ensuring compliance. - Challenge the estimate to complete in order to maximise the project margin and ensure all risks are mitigated - Assure customer invoicing is done as soon as possible and play an active role in getting payment from customer in the due time - Manage project bonds and hedging to limit exposure; work closely with the financial accountant in this regard - Provide all Project financial reporting (orders, forecasts, weekly cash) to Unit accounting for month-end, forecast, budget process and to Sector as requested - Review and analyse all Balance Sheet items linked to the project - Handle claims administration (documentation, reports) - Review the contract database data for all units and its compliance with last SPR’s decisions. - Participate in the project meetings, risk analysis meetings and all decision-making. concerning financial or contractual aspects of the project - Provide guidance and financial leadership for the Financial Department - Control the tender process ensuring that all estimates are well supported and signed off by the work package owners and that the costs are collected in line with company rules - Provide guidance and financial leadership to the tender team in order to help create cost build up on time in line with company rules to enable the company to maximise its future cash flows **YOUR SKILLS & TALENTS**: - Entrepreneurial skills - being able to act like an entrepreneur within the organisation - Very good English (written and spoken) is required, other foreign languages are of great advantage - Organisational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking" - Emotional intelligence, accuracy, personal integrity. professional appearance and discretion are mandatory - Experience i
