Sportradar ad:s, the division we are looking support for, is a data-driven marketing and sponsorship solution designed to help deliver significant efficiency improvements against marketing investments. The ad:s team develops and provides fully-customizable purpose-built, proprietary tools and services to meet the individual marketing needs of the iGaming-, sports
- and publishing-industry.

THE CHALLENGE:

- Start managing programmatic campaigns for clients from day 1 - learn and grow your knowledge on digital marketing, specifically on programmatic advertising.
- Own the day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns and optimization for the accounts under your responsibility
- Work closely with our account management unit and support them with product knowledge and digital marketing knowledge on programmatic advertising.
- Report regularly on campaign performance and execute appropriate optimization measures
- Maintain and follow precise campaign booking and implementation processes
- Support the product teams in improving the customer journey

YOUR PROFILE:

- First experience in marketing and advertising, in a fast-paced dynamic environment - digital marketing KPIs like Impression, CTR, CPO, etc. should not be something new to you
- Highly independent and self-driven personality
- Customer-focus, structured work, and attention to detail is natural to you
- Resourceful and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong MS-Office Knowledge (especially Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very good communication skills in English (written and spoken), any other European language (in particular German) will be considered as a plus
- (optional) experience in marketing and advertising, as well as in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- (optional) Understanding of ad-serving systems (e.g. Google Ad Manager)
- (optional) Understanding of Real-time Bidding, and Demand Side Platform (DSP)

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
