Our newest gastronomic concept, RIBELLI, is centred around authentic Italian cooking. From pizza and oven-baked dishes to wine and Italian craft beer. At RIBELLI, it’s all in the name. In each of us there’s a little rebel who wants to improve on the usual Italian mainstream cuisine day after day. Because we ourselves are anything but conventional.

Together with your colleagues, you’ll be responsible for creating the best pizzas, pasta and Italian dishes in town. It’s the job of the RIBELLI team to create an unforgettable, enjoyable CUCINA POPOLARE experience, and they’re looking forward to welcoming you as Cook (f/m/d)

In this way, you’ll be making our hotel something special...
- As part of your job you’ll ensure that processes are flexible, the kitchen is clean and the team members work hand in hand - even if the receipt list is sometimes longer
- You’ll be committed to the high standards of our food, and make sure our junior chefs, apprentices and trainees are committed to this goal as well
- As a trained caterer, you’ll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again

Your experience and personality add that certain something extra...
- You’ve gained experience of Italian cuisine, and cooking pasta, Lasagne or making a Tiramisu is your calling
- You can motivate your fellow staff and lead a team
- You’re passionate about Italian cooking, and for you Tagliatelle bolognese, foccacia and cucina popolare aren’t foreign words
- You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
