For our "Quality, Health and Safety Management" department, we are looking for a **Health, Safety and Environment Manager (M/F/d). **We offer a steep learning curve leading to diverse activities with great responsibility in an international, challenging and fast growing environment.

**Your Tasks**
- Preparing HSE Plans, Risk Assessments and other documentation, as required, for ANDRITZ projects
- Identifying project specific HSE aspects and requirements (e.g. legal, internal, customer and certification requirements), executing careful review of the HSE contractual documents, during the sales phase of the project
- Risk assessment and root cause analysis for incidents including lessons learned
- Periodic HSE audits and HSE meetings with customers and HSE responsible persons on site
- Defining human and financial resources within project’s budget
- Recruitment of required HSE project staffs in cooperation with HR
- Executing HSE trainings for HSE staff and ANDRITZ project team

**Your Profile**
- Completed technical education (HTL) in mechanical, civil, environmental or chemical engineering with additional education in the area of HSE (industrial hygiene, occupational health, safety and, environment) required
- Good understanding of Austrian and European HSE legislation and regulations
- Familiarity with the handling of topics related to the management systems (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001) is highly appreciated
- Previous professional HSE experience on construction sites is beneficial
- Degree specific qualification in occupational safety is a major plus (e.g. Austrian “Sicherheitsfachkraft”, Nebosh International Certificate, IOSH Managing Safely)
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written), any other language is a plus
- Advanced in MS Office, familiarity with other tools of a “modern Workplace” like SharePoint, MS-Teams, is highly appreciated
- Willingness to travel internationally (~ 35 %) and also providing direct HSE supervision on projects of short duration (1-3 months)

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 2.824,87 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary
