**PAID MEDIA SPECIALIST **(**M/F/d**)**

You are an enthusiastic and well organized self-starter with good time management skills and previous experience with branding activities. You are keen to learn how to drive acquisition, activation and retention across all digital channels. You will help setting up activation and branding strategies and manage media budgets for several clients.

As our future paid media specialist, you are passionate about digital marketing and branding strategies. You will build and expand advertising strategies within the digital environment and consult our clients in order to ensure the growth and the positive image of brands.

**REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Eager to learn and increase the passion for digital marketing
- Monitor campaign performance figures and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
- Be able to analyse a brand, its target audiences, success factors and build a channel selection and media strategies based on your research
- Support in the set-up of campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and other relevant platforms
- Create, develop and maintain reports that track key metrics and performance
- Support in the creation of presentations for clients and internal meetings
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of media planning, KPIs and digital marketing
- Communicative, organised and solution-oriented personality
- Analytical mindset
- You are a team player but on the same time able to take action and work independently
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Previous experience in digital marketing
