Jira and Confluence Expert

Our experienced agile coaches collaborate with product managers, product architects, DEV teams, UX designers and product owners and continuously enhance our internal large-scale agile framework (Scaled Agile Interface). For this it is important to **continuously adapt and develop** our tooling. Therefore, we are looking for **you** to act as a Jira and Confluence expert to define and roll out the strategy with us. The support of our employees and the implementation of continuous trainings are important cornerstones.
**Your role in the team**
- **
Identify needs (WHY&WHAT), develop a concept (HOW) and align it with other domain experts and develop changes** to our JIRA/Confluence set-up.
- Together with the rest of the team and stakeholders** plan and align needs, forecasts, and execution.**:

- **
Act as contact person for all technical questions** regarding Jira and Confluence for our entire R&D for questions about the structure,
- the functionality, the designed usage-concepts.
- You take E2E ownership of your increments, ensure their go-live, and monitor the success of further optimization and development.
- You collect feedback and accompany the users of your further developments. You determine the next steps along with defined stakeholders.
- Ensure the compliance with and advance our quality standards.
- **
Optimize** the defined processes and **evaluate** new marketplace apps.
- **
Configure and maintain** plugins including code level changes.
- **
Training**: For offering continuous education for employees, you implement trainings that will be adapted to current needs.
- **
Communication: You actively communicate on the right channels (mail, slack, Sharepoint,..) to efficient hold people up-to-date.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Practical experience** in use, administration, consulting, or support of Jira & Confluence
- Atlassian Certifications would be an advantage
- Background in **software development**
- Organizational talent with the ability to deal with sensitive issues
- **
Strong communication skills** and assertiveness
- Independent work is a prerequisite for using the freedom of decisions in a thoughtful and meaningful way. **(Autonomy Principle)**
- Openness and efficiency in dealing with partners and working across different locations and countries.
- Excellent **English skills**

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 49,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
