**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Coordinate and perform relevant periodic reporting and forecasting in a complete, timely and comprehensive way for OMV Group as well as the single divisions to Senior Management, Executive Board and Supervisory Board
- Deliver group consolidated budget, mid term planning and strategic long term financial planning, including detailed definition of process, principles and guidelines
- Support in defining Group wide Controlling standards, guidelines and timelines and assure adherence
- Provide comprehensive cost overview, incl. cost categories and drive discussion on cost spending and provide calculations and reports as base for remuneration of Executive Board and Senior Management to Supervisory Board
- Deliver management information, analyses and business critical KPIs (earnings, cash flow, capital expenditures, operating cost, working capital etc.) to OMV Senior Management and Executive Board on a regular as well as on an ad hoc basis
- Provide financial analysis, interpretation of variances from budgets and standards, and advice to management
- Manage conceptional development of the reporting tools and reporting contents in close alignment with divisions and drive controlling and reporting knowhow transfer across all divisions and locations to enable realization of synergies with OMV Group and actively seek external perspective
- Proactively align relevant activities within the Group, especially Finance & Controlling departments and respective controllers in the Business segments as well as other Corporate functions

**Your profile**:

- You have a Master Degree Finance or Business Controlling
- You have minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent understanding of OMV Group’s business and financial processes across divisions and locations
- Excellent understanding of financial models and budgeting
- Relevant practical experience with a good understanding of division processes and their value drivers
- Excellent communication, analytical, conceptual and leadership skills
- Ability to act as a self standing professional, stress tolerance, conflict management ability in a dynamic and complex environment
- Lateral thinking, entrepreneurial thinking, flexible and pro-active
- Demonstrated strong analytical, communication and influencing skills, and exceptional interpersonal leadership
- Strong track record of high achievement
- Fluent in English
