Financial Controller

Our plant Alpenrind GmbH in Salzburg is looking for a** Financial Controller (M/F/d).**

**What your job includes**:

- Support all aspects in Finance / Controlling as well as identification and delivery of opportunities for improved financial performance
- The position is a key member of the management team responsible for management and cost reporting to analyse the business performance and strong partner with the management team to continuously strive to improve business performance.
- Manage and develop the Controlling and administration team to ensure flexibility, inter-changeability of roles and to constantly improve the delivery of the team.
- Responsible for the financial plant controlling regarding production, sales, financial KPIs and inventory stocks
- Creation of reports for month and year-end closing with optimization of the working capital as well as budget and rolling forecasts

**What we expect from you**:

- Business degree in Economics with a focus on controlling/accounting or comparable formation background
- Sound professional experience in a related function within controlling in a manufacturing company, with a good understanding of food processing environment
- Ability to transfer operational thoughts and changes into the balance sheet / profit and loss and vice versa
- First experience in leading and developing a team
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office incl. Excel and other reporting systems
- Good command of German and English verbal and written
