As a **Casino Analyst**, you will be responsible for analyzing casino promotion mechanics and identifying potential casino game issues to help mitigate any negative effects that it might have on the network, working closely with other teams in the business and ensuring flawless, compliant, and as per all the relevant regulations case handling.

You will make sure that information is conveyed properly to the senior management and stakeholders as part of a continuous feedback loop.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Analyse casino promotion mechanics to highlight potential for advantageous play.
- Monitor active casino promotions for advantageous play
- Contribute to the creation of commercial offers framework by providing analytical data to support decisions
- Accurately document all actions taken on a case, to enable the patterns to be scaled and productionised.
- Document findings and highlight them for all relevant casino stakeholders in the business
- Review casino backend setups to highlight potential issues
- Work with other teams in the business to mitigate the effect of casino advantage play
- Determine compensation in cases where cheating has occurred
- Delve deeply into the casino transaction histories to understand, replicate and to use the information to prevent future issues.
- Highlight irregularities and anomalies in playing patterns
- Cooperate with other Party brand teams, sharing knowledge and information to optimize bonus configuration and target groups.
- Ensure that relevant information obtained within each review is shared with stakeholders across the business.
- Analyse player behaviour, interpret facts from the evidence shown, draw conclusions based on the review, and communicate findings
- Take appropriate measures on customer accounts according to internal process requirements and compliance procedures
- Responding to and dealing with customer communication relating to the relevant cases.
- Handle all tasks in line with all the relevant regulatory requirements

**Special skills and experience**:
Essential:

- Knowledge of online casino game mechanics and the ability to identify patterns
- Possess an in-depth knowledge and comprehension of casino gameplay and the different game variants and offerings
- Experience of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment, whilst managing your workload in a timely and efficient manner
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office

Desired:

- An understanding of different analysis tools
- Sound and demonstrable experience conducting fraud analysis and investigations
- An additional language would be an asset
