UNIQA based in Vienna is searching for passionate game changers to enhance the company’s digital ambition. Join our team as a:
**Digital Product Owner:in - Bancassurance International Markets**:
**Your main responsibilities**:

- Defining & driving innovative digital bancassurance solutions (across desktop and mobile platforms) that serve the customer needs in multiple countries while aligning with the strategic goals and requirements of the insurance and banking businesses
- Capturing digital requirements through collaboration with all stakeholders and business partners and prioritizing the resulting user stories in a product backlog across UNIQA International countries
- Designing digital experiences in collaboration with our CX team and solution providers
- Managing the deployment of new digital solutions ensuring quality and timely delivery together with agile development teams
- Communicating effectively to keep internal and external stakeholders and teams aligned and informed of progress, roadblocks and pivots
- Constantly monitoring the performance of your products through dedicated KPIs and optimizing them accordingly
- Driving education and adoption of digital best practices across the company and banking partners

**Your qualification**:

- 4+ years of relevant work experience as a product owner, in product management or similar areas
- Proven experience with digital projects
- Experience with agile methods and teams (preferably SCRUM)
- Strong interest in emerging technology and transformational solutions
- Eagerness to work with various teams/stakeholders inside and outside the company
- Proficiency at writing user stories and business requirements
- Planning, organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical staff
- Capacity to quickly understand and map out business and technical processes
- Banking or insurance experience and market experience in CEE
- Fluency in English, German fluency considered as an advantage
