**What you will be doing**
- Engineer and refine an AI-driven learning ecosystem that demonstrably outperforms traditional education, as evidenced by concrete student achievement metrics
- Connect with students via virtual platforms to gain firsthand insights into their learning journey, using this knowledge to continuously evolve our ecosystem
- Leverage learning platform data to unearth actionable insights and design high-impact interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational strategies
- Foster a culture of audacious experimentation and data-driven decision-making to catalyze unprecedented leaps in student growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate academic insights and student feedback into product enhancements

**Key Responsibilities**

Spearhead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-free education to deliver exceptional student outcomes across multiple campuses. Seamlessly blend data analytics with regular student interaction to continuously optimize our learning ecosystem, with success measured by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or related field
- Proven leadership experience in education or EdTech sectors
- Track record of designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
- Deep understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational methodologies
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-stakes projects
