Senior Group Accounting Manager

INNIO is seeking a Senior Group Accounting Manager to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the monthly group closing, planning and executing the yearly audit of group financial statements, and supporting local Austrian audits.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the audit of Group Financial Statements and Austrian audits
- Manage monthly Group closing procedures with internal stakeholders
- Provide guidance on accounting estimates and accruals
- Support the preparation of Group Financial Statements in accordance with IFRS
- Advise other INNIO functions on accounting topics (Business Partnering)
- Contribute to Finance projects, including system and process setups
- Deliver training and coaching during risk cycles
- Support the development of INNIO’s Accounting Policies
- Perform yearly revaluation of Internal Controls scoping and support management in improving internal control systems
- Lead accounting projects and handle ad hoc requests

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business
- Extensive experience in accounting within a multinational/manufacturing company
- High level of competence with IFRS, audit processes, ERP systems (Oracle), and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural teams and international environments
- Fluent in English and local language; additional languages are a plus
