**Job description**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sustainability Specialist to drive our environmental strategies and ensure our commitment to sustainability and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices. If you have a deep understanding of biodiversity, energy strategies, and carbon footprint reduction, this role is for you.

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Lead the development and implementation of sustainability strategies across the organization.
- Conduct comprehensive LEAP (Life cycle analysis and Environmental Action Planning) analyses to evaluate and improve our environmental impact.
- Define and execute Biodiversity Action Plans (BAP) aligned with corporate sustainability goals.
- Analyze the company's energy mix and develop strategic plans to optimize energy consumption.
- Establish and drive Science-Based Targets (SBTn) for reducing carbon emissions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with ESG objectives and reporting requirements.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Provide expert guidance on sustainability-related regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance sustainability awareness and engagement within the organization.
- Report on sustainability metrics, performance, and progress to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

**Votre profil**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sustainability consultant or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in ESG frameworks, biodiversity, and sustainability reporting.
- Strong knowledge of LEAP analysis, Science-Based Targets (SBTn), and Biodiversity Action Plan (BAP) implementation.
- Experience in analyzing energy mixes and developing strategies to reduce carbon footprints.
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience in leading workshops and training sessions on sustainability topics.
- Passionate about sustainability and driven to make a positive impact on the environment.
- You are fluent in English and have an excellent level of German.
