**About the job**
In this role you will support the Sustainability Expert and Head of Sustainability in developing the Community Relations strategy for RHI Magnesita, a FTSE 250 company. You will monitor international community relations activities, initiatives and developments, to ensure that Group policies and priorities are being implemented. You will suggest new projects, initiatives, or activities to foster stronger relations with communities. Reporting on Community Relations to key internal stakeholders including the Board, Board Committees and the Executive Management Team, you will be focused 80% of your time on Community Relations, with 20% capacity made available to Sustainability and Investor Relations teams for general administrative tasks. In this position you will travel internationally to multiple operational sites globally, up to approx. 10% of your working time.
**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Liaising with relevant external consultants, business partners and suppliers
- Conducting internal site visits to key locations in Brazil, Mexico, India, USA, China and Türkiye to assess and monitor local community relations
- Drafting and releasing of internal and external communications material, such as case studies or community relations section of Annual Report
- Preparing presentations on Community Relations for the Board, Audit Committee, other Board Committees and the Executive Management Team, as well as attending these meetings and presenting as a delegate of the Head of Sustainability if necessary
- Closely liaising with internal teams, including the Investor Relations, Communications, and Regional management teams

**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education & Skills**
- A university degree in communications, PR, marketing, sustainability or similar
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Community relations experience considered an advantage
- Photography experience considered an advantage
**Languages**
- English - proficient/fluent, both speaking and in writing
**Work Experience**
- A couple of years in a relevant sustainability, communications or similar role at a listed company or large private company

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 50.000,00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
