**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recruit world best talents at all levels, predominantly for IT and sales roles across DACH and EMEA regions
- Build a solid international talent pool using direct search, with focus on Germany and Austria
- Proactively guide and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process and develop search strategies for the respective departments
- Organize employer branding activities (e.g. job fairs, publications in magazines, etc.)

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Experience working for DACH region will be a great asset, as well as fluency in German
- Solid experience with social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing) and the ability to use these tools for sourcing and employer branding activities
- Knowledge of international recruitment techniques, employment policies and procedures for various markets
