Are you known for your precise and solution-oriented approach to work and do you keep a cool head even in stressful situations? Do you describe yourself as an organizational and communication talent and feel comfortable in a varied and challenging job? Then you've come to the right place

**Your responsibilities**:

- Independently carrying out the delivery scheduling and internal invoicing for multiple sales organizations
- Acting as the central point of contact for order processing in the international B&R subsidiaries to customer orders (dates, logistics, etc.)
- Independently processing requests and escalations (delivery dates, transport options, etc.)
- Preparing customs and transport documents as well as various evaluations
- Organizing the transport of goods by a forwarding agent

**Your background**:

- Successfully completed commercial or technical training (e.g. commercial apprenticeship, HAK/HTL)
- Ideally experienced administration workers, but also happy to welcome entry-level employees
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Experience with MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
- A readiness for international travel
- Accurate and independent work ethic with excellent stress management skills
- Communicative personality with a preference for solution-oriented action
