**Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams, suchen wir dich ab: As of now als Regional Director of Operations Österreich (m/w/d).**

Als Regional Director of Operations AT (m/w/d) bist du verantwortlich für die operative Leitung mehrerer Hotelstandorte in Österreich. In dieser Rolle sorgst du für eine reibungslose Betriebsführung und die Umsetzung hoher Service
- und Qualitätsstandards in den Hotels. Du unterstützt die Hotelmanager in der Optimierung der operativen Abläufe und arbeitest eng mit dem Management zusammen, um die Gästezufriedenheit zu maximieren und die wirtschaftliche Leistung der Hotels zu steigern.

**Als Regional Director of Operations Österreich (m/w/d) sind deine Aufgaben u.a.**
- Gesamtverantwortung für die operativen Abläufe der Hotels in Österreich und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Unternehmensstandards
- Führung und Unterstützung der Hotelmanager in allen operativen Bereichen, um exzellente Gästebetreuung und Servicequalität zu gewährleisten
- Umsetzung und Überwachung von Strategien zur Steigerung der Auslastung und Rentabilität der Hotels
- Koordination und Optimierung der Prozesse zwischen den Abteilungen Housekeeping, Front Office, F&B und Technik zur Maximierung der Betriebseffizienz
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Betriebs
- und Qualitätskontrollen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und unternehmensinterner Standards
- Analyse betrieblicher KPIs und Identifizierung von Potenzialen zur Steigerung der Effizienz und Profitabilität
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen zur Mitarbeitermotivation und -entwicklung
- Verantwortung für das Budget und die Ressourcenallokation im operativen Bereich der Hotels
- Pflege von Beziehungen zu wichtigen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Lieferanten und Partnern, zur Sicherstellung einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit

**Dein Profil mit dem du uns begeisterst**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Hotelmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition im Hotelbetrieb, idealerweise als Cluster Operations Manager oder Director of Operations
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Hotelmanagement, Budgetierung und operativer Betriebsführung
- Hervorragende Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Motivation von Teams
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, betriebliche Abläufe zu optimieren
- Hohe Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten sowie eine starke Kundenorientierung
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen als Regional Director of Operations Österreich (m/w/d).
