**Associate / Manager - Strategy** **(m/w/d)**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the continuous development of the bank’s strategy
- Coordinate workstreams acting as an interface between internal & external stakeholders and advisors
- Prepare presentation materials for the executive & supervisory board, investors and rating agencies
- Ensure effective communication of the bank’s strategy in cooperation with investor relations, markets and corporate communications
- Perform market, industry and company analyses
- Screen the market for strategic & opportunistic M&A targets

**Requirements**:

- Strong academic background, e.g. in finance, business administration, management or economics
- 3-6 years of experience in a financial institution in the context of strategy, M&A, corporate development or a corresponding advisory / consulting role
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills, affinity for numbers
- Experience in strategic analysis & project management
- Interest for / knowledge of the regulatory & economic banking framework and infra & energy finance
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and to efficiently manage high workload
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills (suitable for C-level) & fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in German would be a plus.

In accordance with the collective agreement for bank employees and bankers, we ensure a remuneration that is in line with market standards and adjusted to your experience and qualifications. According to the collective agreement, the salary for this position starts at 4,000 euros.
