**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**LOGISTIKPROZESSE**

Als Logistics Operations Specialist bist du für die Definition, Überwachung und Analyse aller Logistikprozesse verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die Erstellung von Standardverfahren und Anweisungen für den Logistikpartner, um einen reibungslosen und zuverlässigen Geschäftsbetrieb zu gewährleisten. Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale, definierst entsprechende Maßnahmen und koordinierst aktiv deren Umsetzung.

**STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT**

Diese Rolle stellt die erste Anlaufstelle von und zum 3PL-Partner dar. Ein wichtiger Aspekt ist die Koordination und Priorisierung neuer Anforderungen und die Unterstützung des Implementierungsprozesses. Folglich ist der Austausch und die Abstimmung mit externen und internen Interessengruppen wie Customer Service, Supply Chain Management, Einkauf, Qualitätsmanagement, Zoll, Finanzen, IT und E-Com ein wichtiger Teil dieser Aufgabe.

**PROJEKTUNTERSTÜTZUNG**

Du bewertest neue Geschäftsanforderungen aus der Sicht von Operations und unterstützt aktiv funktionsübergreifende Projekte. Durch Analyse neuer Anforderungen, Initiierung von Prozess
- und Systemanpassungen sowie durch regelmäßige Verfolgung des Fortschritts trägst du wesentlich zur Gestaltung der künftigen Arbeitsabläufe im Bereich Operations bei.

**BUDGET, FORECASTING & BESTANDSMANAGEMENT**

Ein wesentlicher Bestandteil dieser Aufgabe ist die Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und das Kostencontrolling der operativen Logistikprozesse und der strategischen Projekte, an denen unser 3PL beteiligt ist. Darüber hinaus erstellst du in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachabteilungen regelmäßige Prognosen für Bestände, Inbound
- und Outbound-Volumen. Du behältst die Bestandsentwicklung im Auge und koordinierst mit internen Stakeholdern entsprechende Maßnahmen.

**Qualifikationen**:
Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen

Fundierte Kenntnisse über Lager-, Logistik
- und Transportprozesse

Fähigkeiten im Projektmanagement

Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System ist von Vorteil, idealerweise SAP

Fortgeschrittene Fähigkeiten im Berichtswesen, analytische Denkweise, sowie Zuverlässigkeit

Selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.208 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
