Together, we’ll reinvent essentials for sustainable living, foster growth, and have a lasting impact on the generations to come. **Your tasks** - Implement and customize technical solutions and processes based on the ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery capabilities. - Ensure technical service delivery through continuous knowledge exchange and best practice implementations. Participate in projects, give technical advice and perform technical implementations. - Challenge vendors from technical point of view (system setup, experience based on OMV specific technical system setups, etc.) and perform technical evaluations in tender processes. - Provide technical consultation within the IT department and advise project managers, service managers, and business consultants on technical solutions. Report to team lead and department manager on KPIs, including analysis or root cause analysis in case of technical system failures. - Work on new perspectives using the latest technologies to find the best solutions. **Your profile** - Master's degree in Information Technology. - At least 7 years of professional experience, ideally with 2-3 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform with special focus on HRSD. - Knowledge about standard HRSD spokes of ServiceNow and related HR tools, such as My SuccessFactors are of advantage. - Deep knowledge on industry standards for service management (ITIL). - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a solid understanding of data analysis and IT solution specification. - Capable to transform business requirements into technical specifications with strong collaboration and communication skills. - Very good English. **What to expect from OMV** - At OMV, we are committed to fostering an environment where every individual is given equal opportunities for career advancement.
