**Account Manager - Semiconductor (f/m/d)**:
As the Account Manager - Semiconductor, based in one of our AT&S locations in either Germany or Austria (depending on your current location), you will develop, refine and optimise our customer strategy. Reporting directly to the Director Regional Sales in Europe, you will be responsible for the Semiconductor accounts, operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the customer, and coordinate all customer relevant activities within AT&S.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Profit and revenue-responsibility for defined accounts
- Contract review, pricing and price review in accordance with internal guidelines
- Provide management with relevant information and updates about customer activities, competition and general market
- Maximize customer satisfaction and continually provide high standard of customer service
- Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions
- Optimization of accounts in terms of products, growth, price, technology, service and quality
- Acquisition and development of new customers/projects
- Grow and develop existing clients, together with generating new business
**Your Profile**:
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Product Management
- University degree or technical education in Business-related field with in-depth technical or commercial knowledge
- Strong customer and market orientation with the ability to identify future trends and relationships
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good IT skills especially in relation to the use of MS Office, KPI tools, and social media
- Market know-how in PCB or electronics business in targets sales areas
- Strong understanding of project management
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration. In accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement, we advise you that the minimum gross annual salary for this role is 60.000;
