Our** Customer Service Team **at our headquarters in **Vienna **is growing.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- You are the first contact person for a selected customers portfolio
- You manage complex services starting from order processing, through planning and monitoring deliveries, credit limit and timely payments control
- You are in direct contact with the mills and sales department in terms of orders processing
- You handle commercial and logístical complaints
- You are responsible for the maintenance of proper masterdata in the system

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You already gained 3 - 5 years of experience in export backoffice, experience in our industry is an advantage
- You enjoy customer contacts on the telephone and with your excellent communication skills you are passionate about satisfying our customers
- Your strong organizational skills and good time management skills enable you to work independently as well as in the team
- You have very good IT user skills, especially MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and ERP Systems
- You communicate fluently in English (C-level), in German and Italian (B-Level)
