**ESO Supply Operations Manager (f/m/d), Sandoz Technical Operations, Schaftenau, Austria**

80+ external active accounts are managed by our ESO - SRT (External Supply Operations - Supplier Relationship Team) for local small molecule products, incl. a strong pipeline of launches for our European affiliates. As an ESO Supply Operations Manager handling a major scope of local European products, you will be part of the global Sandoz ESO organization, which opens a wide array of future growth opportunities.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Responsible to support our affiliates for planning supply of products manufactured at external suppliers within the scope of our SRT (Supply Relationship Team)
- Design and execute S&OP meetings with external suppliers based on frequencies outlined in the supplier segmentation assessment
- Implement and control supply chain models that support our business strategy, which can adapt to changing market conditions, new business opportunities or cost reduction programs
- Participate in the coordination of engineering changes, product line extensions, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely execution of production flow together with various functions (e.g. QA, MS&T, Life Cycle Management) available in the SRT
- Monitor and balance customer service level, production capabilities at external suppliers, inventory levels and operational cost according to budget
- Support local supply chain functions for timely order fulfillment including organization and management of any measures required to avoid supply disruptions to the affiliates
- Maintain the overview over adequate planning & master data parameters (e.g. MOQ, Lead Times, order frequency) setting for active assortment in close collaboration with local master data management

**Minimum requirements**

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Higher education in a technical, economics or scientific degree (APICS certification preferred)
- Several years of work experience in supply chain management, planning, logistics and inventory management
- Strong command of English written and spoken, German or another language (written and spoken) are a plus
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office, SAP, APO and PEP

For this position the minimum salary is € 52.204,04/year (on a full time basis).
