HR Operations Assistant

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our HR Operations Team with the goal of creating tool driven HR processes, providing global operational support to regional HR roles and standardizing HR analytics.

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create and update organizational charts and job descriptions.
- Elaborate presentations and carry the preparation of meetings.
- Create employee contracts and agreements for all our international offices and HQ.
- Manage our Learning Platform lesson.ly independently, help in expanding the tools functionalities, send onboarding and security trainings to our employees and assist managers and learners.
- Assist our HR functions with day to day operations and processes around the employee life cycle.
- Take active part in the launch of new HR-Tools.
- Provide support about our Human Capital Management Software SAP Success Factors to the HR team members.
- Collaborate in different international projects.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Completed Business Education or University degree in Business Administration ideally with specialization in HRM (e.g. HAK Matura, Bachelor Degree or similar)
- Professional experience in the HR field at an international corporation (e.g. internship) is an advantage
- Experience with different HR Tools such as Success Factors, lesson.ly or Qlik View or is an advantage
- Knowledge in labor law serves as an advantage
- Open, proactive and positive personality with great communication and organizational skills
- Excellent MS-Office knowledge
- Excellent English language skills
