**Company Description**:
**Our Global Supply Chain Planning Team is looking for a MRP Planning Specialist.**
In this role you will take over the responsibility of the global material requirement planning for components of our finished products using state-of-the-art tools. Moreover, you will be responsible for short-term material availability in alignment with internal and external stakeholders.
**SHORT-TERM PLANNING**
In this role you need to make sure, that that semi-finished goods production can keep up with the finished goods production, by determining the net requirements You will also be responsible for short-term material availability in alignment with internal and external stakeholders by proposing order and replenishment quantities and timings.
**DATA QUALITY**
A smooth process requires a high data quality. Therefore, you will ensure the data quality for all planning related parameters in our Planning Tools and Master Data Systems. You will also track and monitor NPIs.
**INVENTORY MONITORING SEMI-FINISHED PRODUCTS**
An important part of this role is to plan and monitor replenishment of semi-finished products within the production network. In case of deviations plan vs. actual the corrective actions should be taken and aligned with the involved parties. At the same time, inventories must be managed continuously to avoid waste and destructions of raw materials wherever possible.
**LONG-TERM PLANNING**
Together with the team you will be also responsible for the correctness of the global long-term production/procurement planning and the dependent requirements for semi-finished goods, and raw materials. Therefore, a regular monitoring of the automated processes and daily system checks must be in place. Also, the monitoring of overdue production orders and production requirement is part of the daily work. The long-term production/procurement planning serves as input for sourcing, contracting of raw materials.
**KPI MONITORING**
Analysis and data preparation for the monthly alignment Meeting between internal stakeholders like planning, production, and procurement.
**CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT**
To contribute to the continuous improvement of the planning processes and support/execute supply chain projects you should have comprehensive knowledge of Scheduling and Planning Techniques and you should be able to handle programs like SAP PP/MM,SAP APO and SAP MDG-M.
**Qualifications**:
3 years’ experience in Supply Chain Planning - ideally with a deep knowledge of MRP
Understanding of FMCG industry and state of the art planning processes and systems (eg. SAP APO)
Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization
Strong analytical skills and fact-based decision making
Open minded, collaborative and solution oriented
Focused and Proactive
Good interpersonal skills - Team player

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.405 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
