**Your tasks**:

- Brainstorm, plan, and execute **newsletter campaign ideas**.
- ** Increase subscriber base**, user engagement, traffic to the website, and conversions through newsletter campaigns and A/B testing.
- Handle **at least one more specialization/channel within marketing** depending on your knowledge and experience, such as paid marketing, affiliate marketing, content marketing, marketing data analytics, etc.
- **Support the marketing lead** with st**rategic planning and idea generation** in the areas of product marketing and branding.
- Work closely with the other channel specialists within the Kaleido Marketing team, e.g. by brainstorming and aligning campaigns.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as design and front-end development, to create amazing newsletters.
- Support with other ad-hoc tasks, such as brainstorming, copywriting, managing external vendors, market research, etc.

**Requirements**:

- You have a proven track record of success within other channels of Marketing, with clear performance KPIs as an indication of success.
- You have **extensively worked with marketing analytics data** (e.g. Google Analytics) and know how to interpret the numbers, set goals, and derive actions from data insights.
- You love working in an** international environment** with a dynamic, young, growing team.
- ** Native-level English** in **speaking and writing.**:

- HTML/CSS knowledge to be able to edit newsletters.
- ** Excellent and proven copywriting skills** with A/B testing experience.
