Ihre Aufgaben
- _In our organization, you are our UX & UI Designer. _
- _You deliver input to software developers like wire frames, flows, scribbles, mockups, and interactive prototypes for mobile and web apps. (we use Figma)_
- _Together with our global Art Director, you are responsible for “Marina UI”, our global Ottobock UX guidelines & UI Framework_
- _You work with, and coordinate external designers (this includes extensive onboardings)_
- _In your second role as User Researcher you work on creating and validating app concepts and business models in our pipeline, before our development team spends time on it._
- _You initiate user interaction opportunities for the whole team to ensure a deep level of customer understanding within every single team member._
- _You host customer workshops, user shadowings, _in-depth interviews, surveys, and behavioral analysis_ (again, tools are up to you, this is what we currently use)_
- _You actively shape the culture of our organization towards user driven product development._

Ihre Qualifikationen
- _You have excellent know-how in User Experience und User Centered Design._
- _You are either a highly motivated university graduate or an experienced UX & UI designer._
- _Your English is fluent; a little German makes life easier but is completely optional._
- _You are good in Figma._
- _You enjoy working in a self-organized team that offers loads of creative freedom but also the responsibility to manage your own deadlines, workload and productivity. _
- _You are passionate to generate simple solutions for complex challenges. (“Simplicity” is one of our core values.)_
- _Ideally, you are familiar with Agile Software Development, Scrum in particular, and bring your own view and experience into our team._
- _You embrace the idea of hypothesis driven product validation and have no fear to use its methods. (Lean Startup)_
- _You bring knowledge in business model design (business model canvas) and business case calculationor the will to acquire it fast._
- _Excited to travel to meet customers and users (about 20% of your time)._
