**Mission**

**Drive profitability, deal quality and customer satisfaction** by defining and implementing a structured, value-based pricing framework to tackle Doka´s **3 business types**(sales new, sales used and rental) across our portfolio of **products, services and software.**

Support the company-wide **value-based pricing transformation**, by creating **data-driven insights** to help improving profit volume, commercial and pricing steering effectiveness and aligning commercial strategy with market value perception.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Analyze** **profitability and price performance** **data** to identify **opportunities to improve pricing quality and consistency** across relevant customer segments and business types
- ** Simulate financial impact** of pricing changes on revenue and margins
- Develop & **implement a structured value-based pricing framework**, across regions and product lines
- Design, implement, and monitor pricing KPIs with dashboards for pricing performance tracking
- Collaborate with sales, product management, finance, and IT to **integrate pricing into the broader commercial and O2C process** for rental, new sales, used equipment, and services/software
- Partner with corporate & country sales, marketing, and finance to integrate insights into smart and effective pricing policies as well as training or best-practice sharing
- Contribute to customer satisfaction improvement by aligning price with perceived value
- Support digitalization of pricing processes, including potential use of **CPQ tools, SAP S4Hana integration**, and use of **pricing analytics solution**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor or Master level in economics, data analytics or equivalent
- ** ~3-5 years job experience**, ideally including some commercial experience**:

- Professional working proficiency in English. Additionally in German is a clear advantage
- ** Technical Skills**:

- Experience with **value-based pricing**, price setting/realization, and **margin management**:

- Understanding of** pricing waterfall and gross-to-net profitability**.
- Solid **MS Excel / PowerBI / Data modeling skills.** Familiarity with pricing software/tools (e.g. PROS, Vendavo, Zilliant, SAP Pricing/CPQ) is a plus
- ** Soft Skills**:

- Analytical thinking combined with business understanding and hands-on execution mindset
- Good communication skills

**A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.**
