**Your Mission**:

- As Lead Mechanic at CYCLE, you take responsibility for your team of e-bike mechanics in your region
- From onboarding to training, you are the first point of contact and always have an open ear for feedback or problems from your team
- You always keep an eye on the performance of your mechanics and make sure that everyone stays motivated and technically up-to-date
- You report progress or problems directly to the Regional Manager and also ensure that KPIs are met
- You're also skilled in the field: from standard repairs to complex work on our e-bikes, few can match your expertise, and you provide support wherever needed
- With your experience, you ensure smooth processes for your mechanics and know the right adjustments to improve them independently. You proactively communicate solutions for problems with the bikes within the team

**Your skills and qualifications**:

- ** Experience**:Previous experience with bicycles or e-bikes is great Whether professional or as a hobby - the main thing is some basic knowledge. Experience in electronics, mechanics, or similar fields is a plus but not required.
- ** Bicycle Enthusiast**: You don't just enjoy riding bikes and e-bikes; you're also interested in how they work and how to repair them.
- ** Language**:Fluent in either English or German. Both are even better
- ** MOBILITY: A driving license is an absolute MUST**
