Your tasks
- Facilitation of the software development lifecycle with agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Foster collaboration between project teams and product owners: support in product backlog management, product goal definition, stakeholder collaboration, etc.
- Motivation of the team for continuous improvement of collaboration and the product itself
- Moderation and organization of Scrum ceremonies as well as workshops
- Coaching, identification and resolution of conflict of our international, distributed teams

As an Agile Coach, this are your additional responsibilities:

- Driving the cultural change towards a fully agile company
- Collaborate with our customers and partners to establish agility across organizational boundaries

Your skills
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a Scrum Master
- Courage to learn, hands-on mentality
- Confidence in communicating with various stakeholders on-site and virtually, coming from different backgrounds
- Fluency in English (English is our working language)

Key facts
- Start date: by arrangement
- Regular working hours: 38.5 hours
- Place of work: Vienna
- Salary: Scrum Master from EUR 50.000. gross per year, Agile Coach from 55.000. gross per year (depending on qualifications, experience and skills)
